For the next 30 days, I will focus on changing and improving one habit per day.
By the end of this challenge, we should have 30 healthy habits stacked up.
It probably sounds a little bit crazy and too much. I agree, but it's just 30 days.

I will be posting every day except for weekends. My laptop needs a break from all the rendering, it's running on fumes :D
