Please ask a question to yourself : Am I really happy?
Most probably most of us are today not really happy with the life, even though in many cases money is not the problem.
Money can buy most of the things in life, but neither the peace of mind nor the happiness.
To feel us happy (not internally, only externally), we start abuse our own life with addiction. This gives pleasure for a less time, but creates a lot of complexions in long run. We simply spoil our life and get addicted.
Never forget that the most significant moment will come in your life, when you can learn to get all the happiness from inside. This is called inner engineering. There is absolutely no need to find love, happiness, compassion in other person or object. You have much more in you. Just you need to find them from inside.
The simplest way to find happiness from inside is to love yourself. Enjoy every pattern of your breath, be aware of every little thing happening in your life.
Just stick to your breath, feel the warmth, enjoy the rhythm. This simple thing is nothing but the breathing meditation. Meditate as more as you can. After a little effort and practice, you ll feel the difference from within.
Can't we give at least 30 minutes a day to meditate? It ll change the life forever with more positive energy and thoughts. It has been proven in many individuals.
One more important thing is the healthy eating. Food creates the thoughts. So be cautious on the food you consume. Simple and raw foods creates many positive thoughts. They energize you.
Healthy foods help you to be more happier and spiritual.

Nice words. I agree with what you say. Meditation does wonders for relaxing and calming the mind, which leads to clarity and insight. And, if this insight is followed, life can be good. Food also has a big impact on how we feel. If we become truly mindful we notice how, after a meal of unhealthy food, we feel, which is not so good. On the other hand, if we eat healthy foods, we notice the energy we have. The other thing is our conditioning, societal, cultural, family, etc. plus our natural instinct to avoid the unpleasant, or what we think is unpleasant. Due to the nature of our mind-body existence we will experience certain natural events that are not pleasant. Happiness is attained by facing this reality straight on without sugar-coating it.
