At Home Upper Body Workout

Good afternoon friends, the saga continues, as today I focused a little more on upper body. It's crazy how much creativity you can find out there on the interwebs, and combine that with movements that you enjoy.

If I were to choose a favorite, undervalued word, it would be consistency. I have found that in my life it is just so much easier to complain about shit- and take on a victim mentality than it is to be consistent at doing the necessary things to reach personal goals. I am so good at self sabotage it's stupid.
