Hello friends,
Today are a few fun sets for the core, an extremely important muscle group. Again, I always like to point to metaphors and ow important it is to "have a strong core". I believe if you can go into workouts with the mindset that you are becoming more than just physically stronger- but the messages you are sending your body, by doing healthy things goes a long way. Even just 10 minutes of intentional "I am doing this because I know it is good for my body", can go a long way.
