The Truth does not need to be veiled, nither it is, only the minds perceiving it are veiled in their ignorance, thus the degree of becoming wise is the ability to perceive the revelation of Truth which was hidden from their conscience. The Creator wants to manifest the potential Creation through the Divine Will and by free choice of the souls awaken to it, instead of working for the will of their ego. The only ego, I am, that is allowed is of pure light, aka Lord God Jehovah, who is first and last I am, and that I am is his name.
So when we say I am followed by a name or an adjective, in fact we are reffing to Lord God, god of light, boundaries and separation, time & space, ruler of first root chakra, survival and procreation, pain & pleasure, bones and nervous system, the first Creation of the Creator, the biblical tetragrammaton who is part of the seven Elohim, the Luminaries of Heavens over the Earth. This is why he also acts as an adversary, Satan, to all egos. Who wouldn't be.
