Where is this in Vegas, I don't recognize it. It's been quite a while since I've been there, and the place changes so rapidly though. But I'm guessing this is a long exposure of maybe streams of water with lights shown through them? It's a nice effect.

    This series of images is of Independence Day 2018 fireworks and smoke in my Las Vegas neighborhood using my mobile device, and I add the frame for an old photograph look, but no filters.
