In the heart of China town, you'll always find a staple Korean restaurant offering the best dishes from Korea. Perhaps the most well known of the Korean cuisine(s) is the Korean BBQ. Typically you are served the meat raw and then cook it yourself over a stove. The meat is thin, fresh and tender. You can opt for meat which has been marinated or just go for the raw meats. I prefer the latter.
To go with the meat, I usually go with a Korean Pancake. As pictured is the Kimchi pancake which I find to be more delicious than the seafood variant. Of course, the Namool selection with the spinach, beansprouts and pickles round off the meal with some lighter, healthier nibbles.
