I mean I am not a programer, have no clue about computer but I like the idea of open source. So how can I use it?

    How to use linux? Hmmm... Try the live distro first :) ex. Ubuntu (I think is the best for newcommers) You don't need to install it. You have to only put CD and check how it looks (works slower bit good enough).
