@crypto-fan, you'll have to make a bootable usb-drive on any other computer. instructions are here: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows.

Why are switching to linux and what advantages do you expect it to have over windows? just curious :)

I am diving into unknown to be honest, don't know what to expect. I have no previous programming experience so this is a big challange for me. This could also go wrong and end up with windows. Any advice and critisism is welcome.
