Due to various social, financial, environmental problems people are under stress or tension. This results in sleep problems, loss of appetite, irritability, inattention to work, restlessness, irritability, insufferability, severe loss of physical/mental health. So you have to learn to handle stress. To reduce stress:
Take breaks between daily tasks. Give yourself time. Do what you like. Think about yourself. Think about your happiness. Visit different new places. Cook to your liking and feed your loved ones, eat yourself. Listen to music, watch movies, go to the cinema to keep your mind happy.
According to many people, drinking tea reduces stress and many people drink tea when they are worried. However, many people smoke or consume alcohol when they are under stress, which should not be done. Because it is more harmful to health.
Get 7-8 hours of sleep every day. The better the sleep, the healthier the neurons in the brain and the lower the pressure. Exercise regularly to improve sleep. Take a morning or afternoon walk instead of sitting idly, spend time with nature. Being in touch with nature reduces stress a lot.
Keep eating and drinking properly. Many people give up eating and drinking because of mental worries, which should not be done at all. Along with mental health, physical health also deteriorates. So eat good nutritious food and keep yourself healthy.
Sometimes go to an open place and take deep breaths in nature, inhale and exhale slowly. It will reduce your tension a lot and you will get peace of mind.
That's why problems will come in life and you have to find a way to solve them yourself. Don't harm yourself by being under stress and anxiety.
