FAILURE MENTALITY!!!!!!!!
Most working class goes into a business with their working mentality. Employee are employed not to make mistakes, if you do, you will be queried and perhaps sacked if it repeats itself.
This makes employees leave a life of denial and shifting of blame. It is popularly known in the working industry as “Passing the ball around”
This is a useless mindset when it comes in terms of entrepreneurship. If you implement such mindset in business, you will definitely fail. If your decision or action fails, u take responsibility and try another means or way to improve on your decision or action to succeed. Rather what you will see, is him/her blaming the upline or who introduce him in the business.
Secondly, we do not take our business serious, rather we prefer taking the business of the man that employed us more serious than ours. If your office requires your “state of origin certificate” from the state you hail from, signed by your community king, you will hop inside the bus immediately, even if u do not have money, you will borrow to travel to your state. If your business requires a valid ID card, it may take you two to three years to achieve it. Very funny.
Your input determines your output. What time do you allocate to your business? When you are in a business, you are serving the people (Customers). To serve, requires training and self-development. If you are invited to seminar, you will say that you do not have time. If you are given a book to read, or a book recommended for you, you will not read it. Funny, and you want to be successful as an entrepreneur??? A doctor takes 5 years with one-year horsemanship to train to serve the public, An Engineer train the same number of years with one-year Youth Service to Serve the people too, how come you cannot devoured time to get trained to serve and be a success in your entrepreneurship business.
The CEO Entrepreneurship slogan remains LEARN, EARN AND GROW RICH. Let education or acquiring of knowledge be the first point of call in your business, this will in turn allow you to earn, and if you manage your cashflow with the knowledge learned from beginning, you will definitely grow rich.
