For anyone wanting to know about how to get your LiteCoin Cash this is the best video I've seen explaining it.
The key point here is that you have to send them your private key for the litecoin wallet/address that your litecoin was sitting on at the time of the fork (Feb 18th). Therefore make sure you REMOVE your litecoin from that wallet to another wallet before doing so just in case they steal it from you!
I've followed these steps and was able to get my Litecoin Cash tokens. It seems legitimate enough. I have them on a Litecoin Cash wallet which looks almost exactly like the Litecoin wallet. I'm just waiting now to see where the token gets listed.
Apparently Yobit and Mercatox have given people their new coins if they held litecoin on their exchange. However, as far as know, no other exchanges are supporting it yet. As we've seen with Bitcoin cash, it can take a while for the other exchanges to provide you with forked coins, if at all. I hope this helps. Cheers.
