Scrypt Litecoin Contract Calculation, am I Crazy?

Am I calculating this wrong?

On Hashflare the Scrypt contract litecoin.png

SCRYPT ALGORITHM MINER
Minimum Hashrate: 1 MH/s
Maintenance fee: 0.05 $ / 1 MH/s / 24h
Hardware: HashCoins SCRYPT
$7.5 per 1MH

So If I wanted to purchase 1,000 MH/s
The cost would be:
$7.5 x. 1,000 = $7,500.00 USD
Plus the maintenance fee of: $0.05 x 1,000 x 365 = $18,250

Total cost = $25,750

Total LTC mined in USD at current prices: $12K

Total loss = $13K!!!

Something doesn't seem right!
