The kitten was so miserable!
On his paws he barely stood
And so he looked, and trembled so much
From the soft ears to the tail ...
He was, of course, an orphan.
He meowed me: "Help me out!"
My mother said: "Do not dream."
He mumbled to me: "Save!"
My mother said: "Do not ask."
He sobbed, blinked his eyes
And he climbed on to his mother's shoe.
My mother sighed: "How to be here?"
"I cried out:
"Adopt!"
