Kulturatin Mindanayaw is a project made by the people for the people. The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) with the help of the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) established the Kalinaw Kultura (A Culture of Peace, Peace Thru Culture) at Robinsons Place Iligan City.
