Two Chicago police officers honored for saving the lives of eight people who were trapped in the house by a armed gunman, who had forced his way in to the home and fired shoots in the air as part of his unlawful entry. The two responding officer's arrived and was meet with gunfire upon entering the house. The gunman was killed in a shootout with officer's and everyone inside escape without injuries.
