Hi, Steemit!

I wanted to come to you today with a reflection that I had during the traditional Sunday walk at the end of the week ... Today, while I was touring the parks near my house, I was looking for a source of positive energy after spending 4 hours unable of doing anything and without knowing how to change everything on this quiet rainy Sunday (it has rained frequently these weeks in Venezuela), in which the whole city seems to be covered by a blanket of gray clouds; for this reason I decided to wait for things to calm down instead of watching movies or taking a nap.

I left home and started walking listening to "this is home" Blink 182, while watching how it stopped raining; Arriving at the park Quinimarí, I sat in one of the few benches that were dry ... At that time I took a look at the things that happened in the week and I worried because it honestly did not seem to be a productive week, however the timid Rays of sunlight that filtered through the thick layer of gray clouds gave me a different view of things ... And more than understanding, I internalized something that is seen very often in songs, movies, TV shows and telenovelas, in fact Is the most used message in all possible ways: "after the rain, the sun always comes out". Today the sun was selfish, but it came out at the right time, for the time needed to allow me to have a moment of relaxation while remembering that after so many bad things I lived, many positive things happened, I understood the message.

I lost half of my income but I was able to give my mother a big smile and an economic breath.

It was hard for me to post anything here and for working with my income on Poloniex, especially being deactivating the SBD and Steem wallets on the exchanger website, however I managed to recover some money (much better than having recovered anything).

I finally received an important approval from a beautiful graduate student (my girlfriend) related to the way I wrote her essay, and even though I couldn't see it this Sunday I had a great time to be alone with my pencil and a piece of paper, to discover this Source of positive energy and also to share it with you stating that, even if bad things or rain seems imminent, there will ALWAYS be a reason to feel good, which will allows us to develop resilient processes to face problems with a big smile and INTERIOR PEACE.

No matter how severe things might be, there will always be an unexpected change that make us smile as much as we can and to make our happiness grow. For this week I recommend you do the following:

1.- At any difficult time be patient and expect things to happen without rushing... Don't be reckless but don't let them hit you in the face.

2.- Always remember the bad things, AND TRANQUILO, do not do it to feel resentment ... On the contrary, it uses the memory of negative experiences to learn from them and to channel the negative energy that they produce you in healthy energies that make the best of you.

  1. Always remember and keep in mind the good things that have happened to you. No matter how small these positive things are, they will ALWAYS give you reasons to smile. This is the key to overcoming day-to-day problems.
