Don't get carried away by the material things nor despair have them, if you work hard you can have everything you want. If you have the economic resources don't exaggerate with material goods, sharing is a good example of life.
4 it gives more.
Practice delivering more than what you please, at work, in the Studio, in solidarity and everything life asks you for something.
5 wait less.
You do not ask for free stuff and do not pretend, if someone is supportive with you you don't ask for much and expected little, be grateful and rewards with the least needy what ever gave you.
