Excellent post! A good reminder that if we can stand up and try something, we will fail - and if we try again, we will fail. But what if we tried for 1 month, 1 hour a day? We might just learn something new!
My new aspirations are 100 pushups a day, learning to bake bread better and learning my job better.

Hi you should join stemmata and his 100 rep challenge, it is a group of people motivating to do at least 100 reps everyday of something. I love bread, but I cant eat it. I denied it for years, but I just cant eat wheat, changed to oatmeal and spelt, but also that is giving me pain.
what job do you do?
