This is standard blessing the ancient Egyptians used at the end of the ceremony, temple exit, in connection with royal names etc. The Star Trek's Vulcan greeting Live Long and Prosper is based in my opinion on this ancient Egyptian blessing.
The ankh is stylized sandal symbolizes the footprint of life, the raindrop over the horizon symbolizes prosperity brought by the rain, the folded towel symbolizes wellbeing.
