You will die and the time is running out.

This for me is the most motivating and life packed sentence ever because we as human often dont do some things because we put it out so as to do later, when I will be older, when I will have more time but the point is:

There can be no more time

and some things may occur that you will regret you havent done some things earlier and now you are unable to.

Everybody should live their lives now, not in future

So get your dreams together and make them reality or make small steps towards them everyday but do not wait for them to be done later.
