Every child is a special gift from God to a parent/parents, you will do everything for their own sake. Give their needs as long as you can provide it. But nothing in this world could define the agony of a parent/parents seeing his/her lifeless child and take him/her to the grave he/she doesn't deserve in the first place.
Dengvaxia vaccine is all over the news 'till now and every single time I heard a report/news of a child's death and linking to dengvaxia vaccine really put me into conclusion if who is really at fault?
In our minds we are all thinking that it was the government we should be blaming off, since they are the one who initiated the mass immunization but is it really only the government who's at fault? I mean why don't we take both parties, either the government or the family of the child or both of them. In my own perspective, there will be no any casualties in this dengvaxia vaccine if and only if the government really explained to the child's family on what is the main purpose of the vaccine. And as far as I know, dengvaxia vaccine is only intended to those children who had an EXPERIENCE in dengue. On the other side, parents only what is best for his/her child and upon hearing that dengvaxia vaccine can make their child a dengue-free person they grab the opportunity without prior knowledge on what will be the aftermath in their decisions.
And so for you, who is at fault? No one right? The government wants a healthy living for every single person in our country and parents only did what a good parents do.
On the other side, what about the manufacturer? They are the one who made that vaccine but what happened? Many young lives put in danger and some of them has gone too early without experiencing what the world can offer to them. I mean we get their point on that thing, making a vaccine for our own sake, but if they could have been more careful then I think those traumatic event couldn't have happen.
I know it's not easy experimenting things that is helpful to us humans but we are talking lives here. I am not a parent but we know how hard it is raising a child and in a snap of a finger you will carry a lifeless child that once been so lively in your arms.
This is just my opinion on the Dengvaxia Vaccine issue and I have no bad intention on it.
