Beans instead of meat

gezondheidsnet.nl

That meat is bad for the environment, you probably already know. It costs a lot of water and food to produce meat. In addition, the production of meat ensures the emission of greenhouse gases and creates a manure surplus. It is therefore a good idea to eat less (or better: absolutely no) animal products if you want to eat something good for the environment.

It is often thought that plant life is expensive, but that does not necessarily have to be the case. A vegan dish can certainly make it very expensive by buying special vegan products such as fake cheese. I never actually do that and therefore I eat very cheaply.
