Slipper Lobster Fried with Garlic in Thailand

I was on Koh Chang island in Thailand and came across some fresh slipper lobsters.

They were deep fried with garlic. To eat them, you pull back that armor-like shell, and the tail just slips right out.

The meat is incredible, like a cross between crab and shrimp - like lobster, but sweeter and more silky.

Amazing seafood!
