Here I made a London ice font logo design. Working from a white background I added some circle brush designs to a new layer. Then used Photoshop styles where I have some ice styles on there to give those circle brush designs a icy winter feel to them.
For the London font I used Paralines font to create this London font for this design.
After I put the ice styles on the London font area I just copied the London font layer 4 times to give that look about it too.
