Ich hoffe, Du bist mir nicht böse, aber ich muss das jetzt endlich mal loswerden: Du schreibst fast immer "this picture ... regards to". Das klingt ziemlich seltsam. In Deinem Kontext sollte es besser heißen:
"This photo is pertaining to the contest..."
"This photo is regarding the contest..."
"I'm posting this photo with regard to the contest..."
Das sind aber trotzdem immer noch verklausulierte Formulierungen. Englisch bevorzugt aktiv über passiv, einfach über kompliziert. Deshalb bist Du mMn am Besten bedient mit
"This photo entitled ... is my entry to the ... contest"
Die aktive Form des Verbs "to regard" funktioniert übrigens so:
I regard you as a friend and I regard myself as a smartass, for which I'm truly sorry. Still, you should not regard my remarks regarding the use of "regarding" with suspicion, but regard them as a well-intentioned gesture.

Danke für dein Feedback! Warum sollte ich dir das übel nehmen? Ganz im Gegenteil: Als jemand, der nicht ständig Englisch schreibt und spricht, bin ich für den Hinweis sehr dankbar. Mir ist natürlich daran gelegen, hier korrekte Sätze zu verfassen und nicht solche, die seltsam klingen. Ich habe oben deinen Vorschlag schon übernommen.
