Pictured is Loy Yang Power stations A and B in Victoria's Latrobe Valley, Australia. This photo shows why we need to stop the use of brown coal for our environment.

It looks like a hand! Amazing photo for sure

Thank you!! : )
A hand?? You can see a hand? Help me out here, I'm intrigued now...

Really nice photo:)

Thank you, for a coal station ; )
No it was such a massive place, it was very confronting. We don't have anything like this where I live. It certainly created a great effect at night.

Were abouts do you live? Most of that output you see is steam from the cooling towers.

I'm in QLD, this was taken in VIC.
Yes... but the use of brown coal stations is still really bad for our environment.

I lived in QLD for 29 years. Yes brown coal not real good.

Oh where were you in QLD and where have you moved to now? If you don't mind answering... We'd like to move out of Brisbane!!

I lived around the northside from Baldhills to Kallangur. I moved to the west coast of Tasmania. Been in Tas around 13 years now.
Do you have any idea were you want to move to yet?

Oh wow really!! What was it that brought you to move to Tassie? We'd really like to visit Tassie, it's high on our list of where to go next! I'd just like to come for 3 weeks and slow crawl around the island.

We're on the southside of Brisbane, you wouldn't recognise Brisbane now!!! Don't ever come back, lol! We've been look at the rural areas of Northern NSW and we've started looking as far down as inland Coffs to Kempsey now too. Be were hoping to get down to Bega and it's surrounding areas over the Christmas break but it never happened. We'd just like to be somewhere away from all the mobile phone towers, we love green rolling hills, we want good rainfall and would like anywhere from 20-100 acres.

People keep telling us to check out the South Island of NZ, that we would like that, lol. I believe Tasmania is a little similar but I don't think I'd handle the cold down there!! : )

Good shot

Thank you @aaleksander! : )
