Thank you @alexandraioana I don't know, they have always been on the beach but not in such numbers. We've even had Portuguese man o' war washing up, something that is very rare. Some say its the warmer sea temperature or just big storms sending them our way! :)

Common, on this beach for sure. 2015 there were thousands washed up, made the news

omg! hope you didn't go barefoot hahah, once I snorkeled with a bunch of jellyfish.... :P had to avoid them in the water tho

If you knew how cold the water is here, absolutely no chance getting me in there with them lol! They are fascinating animals to watch, snorkeling with them must have been cool :)
