In Looking For Niche we are ever expanding. Did you know that we hit 325 members today?
Many of our members are looking for a place to discuss their niches, but not all are ready to start up their very own community. Therefore, I have initiated niche channels on the Looking For Niche Discord Server.
In these channels, you can come together as a community, without having to start it yourself. As an example of an interest of mine, I have started the Looking For Niche Gaming Channel. In here, we discuss games and posts about games. Please do not use these channels for pure link spam, but instead use them to get together over a topic you love. Another channel that I saw some interest in getting started is a channel about Comic Books. This channel will be added today!

how small would you say a niche could be inside this conversation channel, gaming seems so big.. I was thinking to start a niche in the niche of programming.. but I am not a content creator and would love some advice of how to go about

This is a good initiative @rawbinhutt. The feeling of being in the midst of like minds is incomparable with anything. It increases sense of belonging and fosters togetherness. Nice one.

A new idea occured to me yesterday;
If you go to https://www.steemit.com/created/tag you can see you many posts there are. You could mine the blockchain for successful tags and find your niche in their too. The right tag for the right people.
