This trip is for three people, starting from Shanghai, taking the train to Urumqi, renting a car and driving, the model is Langyi.

Nine, Milan ruins

After reaching Lop Nur, I arrived in Milan town at 3 am. The hotel stayed, in fact, Milan Town is the location of the 36th regiment of the second division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. When I left the next day, I knew that there was a Milan ruin and I was looking for it.




The ruins of Milan are important ruins and Buddhist sites in the Han and Tang Dynasties. It is said that there are ancient cities, Buddhist temples, Buddhist pagodas, and ruins. And ancient irrigation channels and other remains. It was easy for us to find it, but we saw that the long loess in front of us was surrounded and could not enter.


Ask the surrounding staff, answering the development of the scenic spot, currently does not receive tourists. We had to peep into the nearby path and saw a watchtower. Nothing else could be seen. I don't know what scale and level of scenic spots will be developed in the future.
