The structural health monitoring will utilize the sensors to collect information on the state of the infrastructure. This will provide the stimulation to prevent the disaster as well as cost-effective preservation. As the infrastructure is growing in age, the need for structural health monitoring is increasing day by day. The CitiOS will use the structural health monitoring to make a prediction on the changes in the infrastructure and if there is any need to deal with any defects of any nature. With the leverage of the blockchain technology will help to reduce the manual verification of engineering as well as the cost of it along with saving lives. So the CitiOS will be using SHM instead of the traditional SHM and introduce an information-driven ecosystem.

The first step towards the implementation of the CitiOS project is to implement the advanced artificial intelligence supported CCTV system, which will be powered by efficient and powerful solar panels, and it will launch along with the trusted alliances of the project. The traditional street lights will be taken over by the advanced artificially intelligent street lights, which will have many impacts. They will help in making alerts to police of dangerous driving, accident, fire outbreak, burglary, and detecting abnormal weather and reporting to the meteorological department.

The CitiOS are much needed in big cities in keeping a record of crimes, accidents, and others, which will be helpful in many cases. Also, it is needed to be tamper-proof in nature which is ensured by the blockchain technology. So the CitiOS will be able to provide such with the aid of the blockchain technology, which will ensure permission-based access, hacker-free, error-free, tamper-proof, and auditable. There are several advantages to using artificial intelligence-based street lights. The camera-based on artificial intelligence will be able to capture multiple objects at once. The lights will be operated using solar energy, which is very efficient and renewable without hampering environment. This will enable us to have usage of ninety hours with only nine hours of charge. Using the LoRa private network, the data will be transferred and received. It can also provide a wireless network system. And most of all, it can provide emergency power supply to those in need or during the time of emergencies. The all-in-one street light by CitiOS has a patent for its exceptional combination of features and does not require any new network or power construction.

The traditional camera requires more power to run, but this artificial intelligent supported street lights need lower power. The project operates on the usage of clean energy and thus very much compatible with the current sustainable development goals by the United Nations. The inception of blockchain technology has brought many projects into run, which are based on eliminating a particular set of issues which are the mission of those projects, the blockchain-based projects make them secured and trustworthy and with definite goals to work on making them different from each other.
