从小就是个胖妞，最高的体重达到105公斤😱😱😱
在6年前2013年开始减，在减脂的路上打滚了3年瘦了30公斤😇😇😇
在2017年是我成长过程中最瘦的一次72公斤。。。
但好景不长，因情绪、心态的问题体重又在2年间爆增到89公斤。。。。救命啊！
为什么这样😭😭😭
只好从新调整自己，再计划。。。还可以什么样
这前的瘦全靠代餐，这次要把瘦身计划溶入我的生活里要成生活的一部分💪💪💪
经过2个月半我从89.6公斤再次瘦了下来，现在81.5公斤体脂也下了😎😎😎
这次是没有代餐，还是吃外食瘦的
