Hello I'mMr. FLEX YOUR GAINS! Here is a quick way called carb (carbohydrate) cycling that will allow you to drop some weight fast or burn some fat fairly quickly.
Consider your body as an empty drinking glass. The water used to fill that glass will represent the carbs you eat. As the glass gets filled with water it will eventually over flow. Any water that overflows the glass represents fat on your body.
So the key is to eat carbs to give you energy but not overflow the glass. You do this by a method called carb cycling. An example of carb cycling would be to eat carbs with every meal Monday and then on Tuesday and Wednesday eat your carbs with breakfast only. On Thursday you would start all over with eating carbs with every meal followed by two more low carb days.
Continue to repeat this cycle and you will turn your body into a fat burning machine.
