Note.- These are left 10 minutes in water.
2- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds.
3- An apple chopped with skin and heart, previously washed.

Aquí les dejo la receta:
1- cucharada sopera de semillas de chia.
Nota.- Estas se dejan 10 minutos en agua.
2- 1 cucharada de semillas de lino.
3- Una manzana troceada con piel y corazon, lavada previamente.
4- se echa todo en una batidora y se tritura.
Se debe tomar por las mañanas. Esto elimina las ganas de comer a lo largo de toda la mañana y tiene muchas propiedades para el cuerpo. Hace perder la barriga. Buen provecho.
