Today I used my diy suspension equipment for all my workouts at home. The home exercises I did are low back row 3 sets 15 to 20 reps. I did a high row for back for 3 sets 15 to 20 reps. I also did a overhead extension for my back for 3 sets 15 to 20 reps.
After my back I did 3 sets for 20 reps of side step squats, curtsy lunges, and hip thrust. I did not do stomach because during all exercises I kept my core as tight as I could and I felt it in my stomach.
