Fruits and berries: A keto Guide!!!!

Fruits and berries:

Carbohydrates are abundant in most fruits and berries. That is why they have a sweet flavor. They are sometimes referred to as "nature's candy."
In general, the more sugar a fruit contains, the sweeter or larger it is. While berries are good in moderation on a keto diet, other fruits should be avoided.

1-A visual guide is provided here. The greatest keto options are on the left.
The net carbohydrates in 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of each berry are represented by each number.

2 For example, 100 grams of blueberries (about three handfuls) has 12 grams of net carbohydrates.

Small amounts of raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries are allowed on the keto diet.

3 When it comes to blueberries, keep in mind that the carbs can quickly pile up. Eat only modest amounts of food seldom, if at all.

Other fruits aren't a good fit for a keto diet because they're high in carbs. Each number denotes the amount of net carbohydrates in 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of each fruit. For a full list of carbs in fruits, see here:

Nature's candy is fruit.
On a keto diet, you can eat some berries every now and again and still stay in ketosis. You might be able to consume a few cherries or a little plum if you are lucky. However, be cautious. If you're unsure, you can test your ketones to see how fruit affects you.
