So, my wife just created a steemit account yesterday. She made a post.
Then left. The steemit browser logged her out automatically.
Hours later, she can't log back in. She did not click on 'save password' on Firefox. Firefox security saved password is blank. She did not write down or copy paste the password to notepad, etc. She don't know the password.
The confirmation approval email from STEEMIT will not give the same password. Clicking on the link says that username is used.
Her handle is -scratch that- WAS @proudmom. She doesn't want to buy another phone or get new phone number.
She's sad.
Could she create a new account using a new email address? Why would she need a new phone? I'm so paranoid with passcodes that I made multiple copies in notepad now saved on various devices... and I'm still nervous I'll lose them!

To create a new steemit account, you'll need a new email and new phone number. If you use the same ones you had before, it will error and say that email or phone # is used. To sign up, you need both new.
