HELP! I am new to Steemit and I lost my Password!

HELP! HELP! HELP!

A friend of mine just told me about this and me being naturally curious signed up right away.

But, I didn't even know that the password for this can't be changed when you already signed up! I'm so dumb that I want to punch my face!

Can you please help me and let me know how to recover my password?
