Seems like a typical pyramid scheme to me!

    Well, this is a simple lottery scheme; which can be far more profitable when lots of people sign up.

    If the website is reported to authorities for not having a lottery license (which is likely) they will shut down and possibly be heavily fined.

    Transacting in a crypto may protect them for a period, but I am doubtful they will operate for long.
