Mardi Gras is a centuries old celebration is based on the culture and celebrated in cajun land and state of Louisiana but has been adopted by other states through time. It is a Louisiana culture celebration that happens once a year on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. The celebration to some Louisiana locals and others around the world might come as controversial. Despite those with such a opinion Courir Mardi Gras and or Mardi Gras is a great gathering full of fun, crazyiness, food, music and people.
