Plain and simple, felons should have ALL of their rights restored the moment they are freed from prison!

I would ad the proviso unless they are on parole. Though, generally speaking I would go so far as to restore their right to own a gun, but there would be some kind of compromise where violent felons have to have their sheriff sign off on it and keep tabs on them. And perhaps while we're at it, we could question the efficacy of the entire prison system. It doesn't seem to be rehabilitating criminals, as billed.

I would definitely be for a stepped down approach. The judicial system irritates me to no end.
