He first loved us

The apostle John says that: We love Him because He first loved us.
It is so amazing to know that God loves you and to experience His love in your life. It is so wonderfull that it blows your mind.
If you look in other religions, you can see that other gods always ask from you: give me, give me, give me. They ask your worship, your animals, your time, your finances and you only hope they will give something back.
Now I give you something to meditate upon: In Christianity is the only religion where God gave first, He gave His only beloved Son, so that we can be free and He asks nothing in return but to love Him with all that we are and to love our neighbour as ourselves.
Who wouldn't want such a God?
If you want this God in your life, His name is Jesus and He only comes into your life if you open the door of your heart and let Him in. If you let Him in to be your Lord, He will cleanse you from all your sin and make you a child of God.
If you don't know how to do that just say: Lord Jesus, I open my heart to you to come in my life as my Lord. I am a sinner, please forgive me and cleanse me from all my sins and make me a child of God. Amen!
