Mother Teresa was born on 26 August 1910 in Albania. She is the loving mother of all as specially to ailing people.
She came to kolkata in 1928. Then she joined Lereto High school as a geography teacher. After that she left her job and devoted herself to the service of helpless people.
She set up the missionaries of charity in 1950.
Nirmal kennedy centre, Nirmal Sisubhavan and the Leprosy Hermitage also founded by her.
SHE was awarded the Padmashree, the Jawaharlal Nehru, the Desikottam and the Magsaysay award.
In 1979 the Nobel prize was given to her for peace and Bharat ratna in 1980 .
She is no more among us. She took her last breath on september on 5,1997
