American poet Emily Dickinson owned aphorism: "Love is everything. And that's all we know about it." Writers, artists, musicians have been trying to solve the mystery of Love for centuries... However, no one has been able to give a definite answer. In the publication of National Geographic started the project "Love Snap", in which all readers are not indifferent to photography, had the opportunity to reflect on love in all its diversity.
The project "Love Snap" combines photos, which somehow reveals the theme of love. Among the best organizers noted 27 pictures, each of which is original and filled with a boundless sense of tenderness and warmth. One of the most interesting works belongs to the photographer Ankit Narang, on the photo, called "Air love", depicted the future newlyweds on the eve of the wedding. They lie on the ground, covered with pink petals.
In some photos you can see the children: what is only a touching couple-a young artist and her friend-a kitten – or a smiling girl, captured against the background of a double rainbow in the desert of Arizona.
Special sincerity radiates pictures, which are photographed parents and their children. A grandmother running around the garden with her granddaughter, a mother holding her daughter, and a father in whose hands a newborn child sleeps - all these moments are attractive in their uniqueness.
Of course, among the most emotional should be noted black and white photos of older people. Konstantinos Xenos-the author of the picture, where we can see a woman's hand with two wedding rings. The photographer said that his grandmother for many years wears two rings, because one of them belongs to her, and the second remains in memory of a man who is no longer around.
Another photo about the everlasting love belongs to Margherita Vitagliano. The photographer showed how a woman presses a wrinkled hand to the chest of an old wallet, in which two tiny portraits (her and his lover) are embedded. In those old photos, they're both 20 years old, young and hopeful. This couple was able to carry their feelings through life, and now, at sunset, in their lives remained a joy – a beautiful herbarium of memories.
