I Wish I Had Listened To My Mother, The Lady I Love Left With All That I Had.

Now, I am forced to believe an old proverb that says that elders see farther than youths. No matter how agile or how strong you are, what you think you can see by climbing a big and long tree, an elder that sits on an old chair will be able to see farther than you can.

My Mum had warned me about her, the first time they meet, she complained about her looks, to me there was nothing wrong with it as she only dressed to follow the trendy fashion.

There is something about her that I do not like, my Mum kept on saying, I was angry at her for trying to talk bad against the Lady I love and was bringing home for the very first time.

She told me she was sorry but asked me to be very careful with her because her instinct does not deceive her so I just nodded so that she could leave me alone.

Things were going on really smooth between us and even when she was giving obvious signs about her true nature, I thought that love was going to be enough, so I ignored her constant bad attitude.

I was very opened with her, she was my best friend, I told her everything about me and even entrusted my cash into her hands, she was the one in custody of the money and I did absolutely nothing without telling her.

Until one day, I got back home and she was no where to be found, she had gone with all the money I had gathered for years and I could not even take up the case because I had no prove. I was angry and upset with how foolish I had been, I had no other place to run to than my mother who had warned me before hand.
