Dawns on me I didn't answer the other parts...
I get the coffee I make at home at Costco, where I buy a 3 lb. bag of Columbian Supremo for (US) $16. It lasts around four weeks, so it's 75 cents a day for my coffee?
If I get it out, it's Starbucks (close to home or on the way to most places I run errands) or Peet's (if I'm downtown in my suburb).
