The past is past and has nothing else to offer anyone except for the experiences and the lessons that came with it.
Focusing on the past is like consciously saying no to growth and progress.
The energy used in worrying about the events of the past, what you did or couldn't do; the missed opportunities etc such energy is enough to create ripples and innovation for a better future.
There is no wisdom in dwelling in the past when the future is so promising and awaiting our awesomeness
