ouch. expressed well. once I danced, and cried, felt so good to let the pain flow, to be with the feeling, even though I was desolate, at least it was real, I allowed myself to feel. I wonder if it is ever about the other or if we just project all our discontent onto a beautiful and fun solution, one that can never solve our problems if it is in fact those that we are in relation with. who knows

I dont know, I suspect as emotion flows through us we all both feel it and shape it in unique ways. We resonate and we shake each other, sometimes it rocks and sometimes its hell, but we definitely are sensitive beings and we need to be. Those who shut down and refuse to feel, end up with terrible addictions and crazy behaviour. Better to feel even when it hurts.
