Why Do Men Cheat?

I met my colleague at work earlier on today crying bitterly. And I asked her what was wrong with her? She replied she was heartbroken
She started explaining how she caught her boyfriend red handed cheating on her with her close friend. She almost fainted because she so much trusted him that she never believes he could do such things to her. She stood and was just looking at me with tears rolling down from her eyes. She asked! Gimba, WHY DO MEN CHEAT? My only answered then was, him cheating on you maybe lack of understanding or problems you both could not handle amicably.
After telling her that, I left to my office, sitting on my seat, her question crosses my mind over and over again. WHY DO MEN CHEAT?
Well, here are five reasons I felt is responsible for men cheating.
• IMMATURITY: This is the main reason why men cheat in a relationship. If a man doesn’t have experience in a committed relationship, or he doesn’t understands that his action will have consequences like hurting his partner, he may think it is ok and normal to cheat on his partner.
• ANGER/REVENGE: some men cheat to retaliate or get a revenge. Some men believe cheating on their partner will hurt her so well
• BORING SEX LIFE: some men tends to cheat on their partners because of having boring sex, they believe if their partners are not given them the required satisfaction, getting that satisfaction outside is the best for them.
• SELFISHNESS: some men’s primary consider themselves alone. They lie and keep secret relationships as long as they get or satisfy their sexual desire
• Some men cheat because others are doing it.
Most men no single factor drives their decision to cheat. And sometimes, a man’s decision to cheat just evolve as his sets of mind and as time passes to maturity.Thanks for reading steemians.
