Oh haha thank you :) Doing this master program of five years to get my licence. I just meant that this post had a very "stream of consciousness" kind of feel. Which is really fun because it feels like you are all giddy when you are writing and are really having a good time behind the keyboard. The thing about just doing massage on the breathing out was especially great! But when it came to all that stuff about self talk I felt it was starting to became a little hysterical haha... :)
